Okay, decent app but needs improvement
The app works as advertised, I can browse menus and order food for delivery. The interface is pretty straightforward, though it could use some visual polish. The delivery times are usually accurate, but I've had a couple of instances where the order was delayed with little explanation. Customer support was responsive when I contacted them about one of the delays, which was appreciated. Overall, it's functional, but there's room for improvement in terms of design and communication about delays. It's not the best food delivery app I've used, but it's certainly not the worst.
